TOUR ITINERARY
Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, your professional driver-guide will warmly welcome you and drive you to Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and some of the largest elephant herds in East Africa. The Tarangire River, a lifeline during the dry season, draws countless animals such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and over 500 bird species.
Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch inside the park before embarking on an afternoon game drive, exploring the scenic landscapes and rich wildlife habitats. As the sun sets, head to your lodge for relaxation and dinner.
Main Destination: Tarangire National Park
Accommodation: Ngare Lodge
Meal Plan: Lunch & Dinner (All drinks except spirits & liquor)
After an early breakfast, depart for the legendary Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s most iconic safari destination. The name Serengeti, derived from the Maasai word “Siringet” meaning “endless plains,” is well-earned as the vast savannah stretches as far as the eye can see.
Arrive in time for a picnic lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. The Serengeti is home to the Great Migration—millions of wildebeest and zebras accompanied by predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Expect an awe-inspiring afternoon filled with unforgettable wildlife encounters.
In the evening, retire to your luxurious tented camp, where dinner awaits.
Main Destination: Serengeti National Park
Accommodation: Matawi Tented Luxury Camp
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (All drinks except spirits & liquor)
Start the day with a sunrise game drive in Serengeti, when predators are most active. After breakfast, continue your exploration before departing with a picnic lunch en route to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Stop at the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater Rim for breathtaking views of the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. Known as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the crater shelters more than 30,000 animals, including elephants, lions, buffalo, and the rare black rhino.
In the evening, continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
Main Destination: Serengeti National Park / Ngorongoro Crater Rim
Accommodation: Marera Valley Lodge (Karatu)
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (All drinks except spirits & liquor)
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable 5-hour safari. This natural amphitheater offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Africa. With permanent water sources, the crater is teeming with life—zebras, wildebeests, warthogs, hippos, and a dense predator population including lions and hyenas. If lucky, you may spot the elusive leopard or endangered black rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor before ascending and driving back to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar, bringing your safari adventure to a memorable close.
